Short stay tendency shown by foreign visitors in Bali is the major factor of a serious decrease on visa on arrival revenue (43.3% compare to 2005 VoA revenue). A 60% discount on VoA tariff also plays important role in this decrease despite of the growing number of foreign visitors who spend their holiday in Bali.
