Garuda has extended its frequent flyer programme to international markets, including Australia. Passengers will earn one award mile for every mile flown, which can be redeemed for free flights. In addition, they will earn one tier mile which will determine which of four levels of membership will apply.
The programme is already available on Garuda’s domestic network but from December 1, will apply to international flights. It is the first time it has been expanded beyond Indonesia.
