Garuda Indonesia has replaced its thrice weekly direct Kuala Lumpur-Jogjakarta flights with daily flights via Singapore.
According to Garuda Indonesia general manager for Malaysia, Ryanto Winarso, limited aircraft availability was the reason.
The passenger load factor between KL and Jogjakarta is good, at 85 percent, while on the Jogjakarta-KL sector it’s about 60 percent,
The new daily services via Singapore use Boeing 737-300s.
